CTAE Overview
CTAE at Oconee County Schools helps students discover what they enjoy, build real-world skills, and plan for life after high school. Through hands-on classes and state-approved Career Pathways, students can explore careers, work with modern technology, and develop skills like communication, problem-solving, and leadership.
Students also have opportunities to learn beyond the classroom through job shadowing, internships, cooperative education, and Youth Apprenticeships. These experiences allow students to gain confidence, explore career options, and prepare for college, technical training, or the workforce. With support from teachers, counselors, families, and community partners, CTAE helps every student take meaningful steps toward post-graduate success.

All classes focus on student engagement in the target language. Each language offers enrichment outside of the classroom for students via clubs and honors societies.
